A small aircraft carrying 14 people crashed near Cross Keys Airport in Williamstown, New Jersey, on Tuesday — sparking a massive emergency response and triggering a “mass casualty incident” classification by local authorities.

 

According to ABC 7 Chicago, at least five individuals were rushed to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. Their conditions have not been released at this time.

📍 Where It Happened

The crash occurred just off the runway at Cross Keys Airport, surrounded by heavy woods. Aerial footage from Chopper 6 shows fire trucks, ambulances, and police units swarming the area.

First responders reportedly had to navigate dense brush to reach the wreckage.
